With over 20 years of public-facing work, Donnell E. Smith is an expert in EDIB and executive leadership training nationwide. His involvement with EDIB evolved naturally out of his acting career as well as his practice of conscious intent, allyship and open dialogue.  Donnell has been instrumental in EDIB training for a number of finance, tech and medical organizations, including  BNP Paribas, Boeing, Microsoft, Tableau and Health & Hospitals Corporation, along with Leadership training for charter and public education organizations.
