We offer drama based interactive experiences that present a platform for people to practice brave workplace conversations on EDIB challenges.
A standard program consists of several workplace scenarios addressing the following topics:
Gender, Race, LGBTQIA+, and Cultural Differences.
Aided by a team of professional actor-facilitators, we lead participants to explore how the themes connect to their own experiences.
The format of the program includes a mix of small and large group conversations to meet different needs of personality and learning types.
We tailor each program to the unique EDIB challenges you face in your organization. Other topics that we often discuss are: socioeconomics, intergenerational challenges, mental health, visible/invisible disabilities, microaggression, and privilege.
We gently push people out of their comfort zone and support them to learn and grow.
