Working in the field for a decade, Martina is an experienced executive leadership coach, facilitator and EDIB consultant specialized in leading brave conversations on key equity, diversity and inclusion issues. She has worked with and designed EDIB workshops for Fortune 500 and best practice organizations in tech, media and finance globally and supports clients in navigating cultural differences in an increasingly international workforce. 

Trained as an actor, Martina understands that storytelling can be a powerful tool to connect social theories and data to the everyday lived experiences of her clients. Through facilitating hundreds of sessions, Martina has come to believe that vulnerability, kindness, and humor can go a long way in navigating challenging conversations within the workplace.
