Hailed from Taiwan, Rachel Lu is Co-Founder of Emerge Collective and a multidisciplinary artist. She has worked in the Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging space with companies across the US in various industries such as finance, technology, manufacturing, and top MBA  programs in universities. As a performer, Rachel has appeared on stage, television, films and commercials, playing her part in the evolving AAPI stories seen in the entertainment industry.  She is passionate about harnessing the power of theatre to evoke empathy and awareness that lead to meaningful change. Rachel holds an M.A. in Educational Theatre from NYU, and an MFA in Acting from Columbia University.
