Spencer Scott Barros is a facilitator and EDIB expert living in  New York City, and has worked globally with management teams in financial services, technologies, manufacturing, consumer products, law, pharma, and institutions of higher learning. He has facilitated over 1500 conversations from Fortune 500 companies to start ups and C-suite leaders to new hires.  

Spencer has been an Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging facilitator for leading best practice organizations for over 25 years. He has substantial expertise in conflict resolution and experience in facilitating leaders’ thoughtful, challenging, and respectful dialogues on the most pressing diversity issues facing global organizations today. He also presents annually at the National Meeting for the Consortium for Graduate Study in Management.
